These Terms govern your use of Seyron’s website, services and digital systems. By using our website at seyron.com.au or engaging Seyron to provide services, you agree to these Terms.
If you enter into a separate written agreement or proposal with Seyron, that agreement may override these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency. This page is general information, not legal advice.

Seyron provides websites, lead recovery, automation, AI-assisted workflow tools and related digital services for service businesses. Depending on what you engage us for, services may include:
- Website design and build
- Lead capture forms and owner notifications
- Follow-up workflows and automation
- AI receptionist support
- Review request automation
- Booking and calendar integrations
- CRM and export setup
- Quote-assist
- Growth and advertising support
3. Eligibility and business use
Seyron is intended for business use. By using our services you confirm that:
- You are using Seyron for a business or commercial purpose.
- The information you provide to us is accurate and current.
- Where accounts or logins are provided, you are responsible for keeping your access details secure and for activity under your account.
4. Services and packages
Packages, inclusions and prices may be shown on our website or in a proposal. The final scope of work should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Add-ons may carry separate setup, monthly or third-party costs.
- We may update packages, features or pricing over time.
- Where you have an agreed proposal or agreement with us, your terms will be handled according to that document.
5. Client responsibilities
To help us deliver your services, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information, content, brand assets and access details.
- Reviewing drafts, website copy, AI-assisted outputs and automation settings.
- Ensuring your customer communications comply with applicable laws.
- Ensuring you have the rights to any logos, images or content you supply.
- Promptly notifying us of errors or changes needed.
- Maintaining your own trade, licensing and business obligations.
6. Payments and subscriptions
- Setup fees and monthly fees may apply, as set out in your proposal or agreement.
- Services may require payment before work begins or before launch.
- Late or non-payment may result in paused work, suspended services or cancellation.
- Third-party costs — such as domains, hosting, SMS, email, advertising, booking systems or CRM tools — may be separate unless stated otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise, prices may be exclusive of GST. Any applicable taxes will be handled as set out in your proposal or invoice.
7. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel in accordance with your agreed proposal or written agreement.
- Setup, design or build work already completed may not be refundable.
- Monthly services may continue until your cancellation takes effect.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit your rights. These terms are subject to the Australian Consumer Law, and we will deal with refund requests fairly and reasonably.
8. No guaranteed results
Seyron aims to help businesses capture enquiries, respond faster and organise follow-up. However:
- We do not guarantee leads, bookings, sales, revenue, search rankings, advertising performance, review ratings or any particular business outcome.
- Results can depend on factors outside our control — including your market, offer, pricing, responsiveness, competition, advertising budget and service quality.
9. AI and automation
Seyron may use AI-assisted tools to generate drafts, summaries, classifications, suggested responses, website copy or workflow recommendations.
- AI outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before use.
- You are responsible for approving customer-facing content and automation settings before they go live.
- AI tools should not be relied on for legal, financial, medical, emergency or safety-critical advice.
10. Review request automation
- Seyron may help you automate genuine review requests to your customers.
- You must not use Seyron to create fake reviews, mislead customers, or selectively pressure only positive reviews.
- We do not guarantee review ratings or the volume of reviews you receive.
11. Advertising and growth services
- Where Seyron assists with Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar platforms, advertising spend is separate unless stated otherwise.
- We do not guarantee advertising results, cost per lead or return on ad spend.
- Your approval may be required for campaign budgets, claims and creative.
12. Third-party services
Seyron may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, email, SMS, analytics, booking, CRM, advertising or AI providers.
- Third-party outages, changes, pricing or restrictions are outside our full control.
- You may need to comply with the terms of those third-party providers.
13. Acceptable use
You must not use Seyron to:
- Send spam or unlawful communications.
- Mislead or deceive customers.
- Collect information unlawfully.
- Upload illegal, harmful, infringing or malicious content.
- Interfere with systems or security.
- Misuse AI or automation tools.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
14. Intellectual property
- Seyron retains rights to its platform, templates, systems, software, methods and underlying technology.
- You retain ownership of the business content, logos and assets you supply.
- Ownership or licensing of website and design deliverables will be as stated in your proposal or agreement.
- Seyron may reuse general know-how, templates and non-confidential methods.
15. Confidentiality and data
Seyron will take reasonable care with confidential and business information shared with us. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
16. Availability and changes
Seyron aims to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- Maintenance, third-party outages or technical issues may occur from time to time.
- Features may be improved, changed or discontinued.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seyron is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm or business interruption arising from your use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
18. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where a guarantee or right applies that cannot be excluded, these Terms apply subject to that guarantee or right.
19. Disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. We ask that both parties act reasonably and in good faith to resolve any dispute.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website and revise the “last updated” date above.
